Freshman Achieve is Waubonsie's transition program to help Freshmen adjust to high school life in their first semester. Students will hear presentations from classroom teachers, student LINK leaders, and school counseling staff that will provide them valuable information about how high school works and how to make the most out of their experience!

During 1st Semester:
- For lunch periods 3-6, students will follow their schedule and go directly to the Achieve classroom that is listed on their schedule. They will spend the 1st half of their lunch period in the classroom listening to presentations and participating in activities with the presenters.
- For period 7 lunch, students will attend lunch FIRST, and at the half-way point, a bell will ring in the lunchroom which will begin the passing period for freshman to get to their Achieve classrooms for the 2nd half of their lunch period.
- All freshmen will enjoy FULL PERIOD lunches in the cafeteria for the remainder of the school year.
